How much do your services cost?
Our services are tailored to the individual needs of each client.  Simply contact us for a no obligation consultation and we can provide you with a bid for the services you are interested in.  Our fees are broken down into set up fees and then a flat monthly fee so you can budget accordingly.

Will my monthly cost ever go up?
It is our goal to make sure you never have any surprises with your monthly bill. It may be necessary to adjust your monthly rate if your business grows or if you require additional services.  Pricing is evaluated on an annual basis and if there is any change in your monthly rate you will be notified 30 days prior to a pricing adjustment.

Will I be charged for phone consultations?
Your monthly fee covers unlimited phone consultations regarding the services you have selected.  If you have a question, you may contact us during business hours at no additional cost.

Am I required to sign a contract?
Our services are on a month to month basis and can be canceled at anytime with a 30 day notice.  A 30 day notice is required so a smooth transition can be coordinated.

Can you prepare my tax returns?
We are not a certified public accounting firm and cannot prepare taxes.  However, we can assist in preparing financials and other documentation for your tax professional to help reduce costs of your tax preparation.  If you don’t have a CPA we would be happy to recommend one to you.

What is the difference between Allied Accounting Solutions and a bookkeeper?
We do offer bookkeeping services, but we also have the experience of qualified accounting professionals to help your business implement accounting practices that in turn will help you make sound business decisions.  In addition, we offer financial management services to help with strategic planning for your business.

How do I know which services I need?
This can be determined during our no cost consultation.  Based on your goals we can help you determine which services you need in order to accomplish your objectives.
